Step by Step is not showing all the steps

Hi, i'm having a problem with the step by step extension
I used this shortcode to show a step filter with these terms:
[woof_step autosubmit=0 filter_type=1 by_step=”product_cat,pa_fabricante,pa_modelo,pa_ano”]
Where:
product_cat: Is the cateogories that i want to filter first;
pa_fabricante, pa_modelo and pa_ano: are attributes of my products;
But on the page I show the filter, it doesn't show product_cat and pa_ano, the filter starts from pa_fabricante and then goes to pa_modelo and ends the filter.
This only happens with the step filter, with the default filter it is normal. I'm usign the 2.2.6.4 version of the plugin. Am I doing something wrong?
