Sometimes tax is not showing on product page. only on singe and checkout

Some times the Tax is not showing on the product page loops and i also think single product. But on checkout they are showing. This is only sometimes, and from specific Countries?
We have the WOOCS installed. With Geolocate and each product has different prices depending on the currency. We have different taxes depending on the country. We are using Litespeed cache with this code in the .htaccess so the Geolocation will be correct: https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:lscache:geoip-support
We need this to be working before black Friday.
Settings are
Currency storage : transient
I am using a cache plugin : Yes
Is multiple allowed: Yes
Checkout by geoip : YES
Display prices: including tax
