Hi!

We are having the following issue with some of the currencies (not all) on our woocommerce products shop :

For all of our products, we have :

  • Single purchase price (99 USD)
  • Subscription price (33% discount - 66 USD)

For some currencies, the subscription price is woking fine, but for other currencies, the subscription price, is showing the single price in dollars, but with the current currency symbol. Example : Kč99.00

All of our products have the same price. As an example, see images : (See images URL on the private field)

The currencies that are not converting properly :

  • Koruna
  • Danish Krone
  • Rupees
  • New Zealand Dollar
  • Norwegian Krone

The currencies that are coverting properly :

  • USD
  • Euro
  • Australian Dollar
  • Singapore Dollar
  • Swiss Franc
  • GBP Pound

Please, can you help us finding out where the problem might be.

Our client wants to install the plugin on the live production site, but obviously we can't do it untill we fix this issue.

Sorry, what plugin/s are incompatible with Woocs ?

How can you tell is incompatibility ?

It works with some currencies, and not with others.

I am just thinking that incompatibility would be the case, it woudln't work at all ?

 

Please, I need a little more details. Can you tell me why do you think it is incompatibility with third-party plugins, and what plugins are those ?

1  - This is not a standard price display.

Hi again,

We are experiencing this issue again... :(

We cleared transients, but nothing happens.

So, we decided to go ahead and apply the solutions provided here : https://currency-switcher.com/codex/#compatibility

for the following plugins that we are using :

Now, the instructions are for modifying the plugin files directly.
As you may know this is a bad practice, because each time the plugin gets updated, we will loose the fixes.

Can you please tell me if this plugins provide a way to modify the plugin files by copying the files to a specific folder in the child theme? Or any solution at all that does not imply modifing the files directly in the plugin folder please.

Hi Pablo,

Sorry for the delay in responding. I have been talking with my client about the issue and we would like to request for a refund since we will have to delete your plugin of our website. The plugin does not work as expected and we had tried everything you suggested to fix it but still did not work.

Sorry, I can’t give you the refund!

Incompatibility with a third-party plugin is not a reason to  refund

The plugin does not work as expected - Disable  all  plugins  except  woo+woocs and  do test please. I'm sure everything will work correctly
