I'm using the premium woof filter plugin. This plugin works fine except the slider option.

I have product attribute for size option. On the filter, I have enabled the slider option but when I check the frontend, the slider not showing. Instead it just show a textbox and that too not working. If I choose something other than slider, it works.

Can you help please?

Please check the attached screenshots:

Please check it.

Please  check  your  access -

Disable  JS  optimization  and  do a test

Sorry, I sent the wrong password. I have updated it now. Please check.

I have also disabled the js optimization but still it is not working. Could you please check now.

I don't have FTP login details with me.

The current WooCommerce version is 5.0. Do you think this would be a problem?

Other filters are working except this attribute slider filter.

For some reason, the JS code is connected incorrectly

Can  you  install  this  plugin - - I will check how the slider code is initialized

I have sent the FTP login details.

Page template path:

Please check the errors

It looks like a conflict with a third party plugin

Can  I  disable  plugins  to  test?

Give me a role so I can see the plugins page

I contacted the client and he didn't want to disable plugins on the live website.

So I have set up a staging website for you to work.

I put the website details in the private area:

I have also made you as administrator and access to the file manager plugin.

Note: I haven't move the images to the site so the products will not show any product images.

Best regards,

Hello Arun

Seems like the problem with your custom theme.

I disabled  the  theme -

Thank you for the update Pablo.

I found some jQuery is conflicting with the theme and I have fixed it. It is working fine now.

Thank you for your support.
