Hi,

I have the free version and set it up and on testing side switcher was working fine (few weeks back).

Now clicking on the 2nd currency in side switcher or with drop-down shortcode, it doesn't do anything, page just reloads and currency stays as initial one.

Hi Pablo,

I tried the correct link in all 3 browsers in incognito mode, it loads fine. I don't know why you have that issue. Even did some sales yesterday.

Anyone else has the DNS issue?

Hi,

I have tried all 3 options. It doesn't work, clicking on EUR just reloads the page and prices still in MUR and side switcher stays on MUR,

URL does have ?currency=EUR added to it but it doesn't do any changes.

Try  to  disable  all  plugins  except woo + woocs  and  do a  test

Hi,

Sorry for trouble.

Figured out what was clashing.

So I had put this code in 'CODE SNIPPET' plugin

if (class_exists('WOOCS')) {
global $WOOCS;
$currrent = $WOOCS->current_currency;
if ($currrent != $WOOCS->default_currency) {
$WOOCS->reset_currency();
}
}

 

It is a solution that I had found 4months ago because my Facebook shop products were displaying different currencies, some in MUR and some in EUR.

Issue on site is recent, so I don't know what changed.

How to ensure that when I add new products on woocommerce and it syncs to Facebook shop it doesn't pick either MUR/EUR but just MUR
