Shortcode [woocs converter] doesn't work for me when I try it.
I have two coins, euros and bolivars. I set the rate manually, and this is 1 euro = 197,000 bolivars.
If I try to convert, for example, 10 euros to bolivares when clicking on convert nothing appears, it does nothing.

El tema que tengo instalado es Porto, es el tema con mejor valoración en themeforest. Así, que sin ser un experto técnico no creo que sea problema del tema, incluso tiene millones de instalaciones en WP y seguro mas de un sitio de esos estará usando tu plugin.
Cuando me dijiste:"Please disable optimization of js on your site and do test"... a qué te refieres con js, qué significa js?
Luego que me respondas lo que haré será ir deshabilitando plugins, dependiendo de cual esté causando el conflicto tendré que decidir entre ese plugin y el tuyo.
En mi opinión el soporte deja la solución en mis manos prácticamente. Eso es algo que también tomaré en cuenta, porque el plugin que seleccione para convertir divisas al final lo tomaré de pago, pero deseo un soporte donde me solucionen. Esto te lo comento porque, aunque no soy técnico, no es necesario que me digas que vaya deshabilitando plugins. Soy ingeniero en redes de datos (routers, vlans, switching, etc) y mi mente está estructurada para descartar fallas. Más bien lo que esperaba de tu parte era algo como:"el problema está en esto y es causado por esto otro".
De hecho en tu primera respuesta me pusiste una foto, y te pregunte varias cosas que no me respondiste, por qué no me las respondiste? Te las vuelvo a poner:
