Hi

I created customer layouts for my archives category pages in the Avada Theme. The filter does not display in this layout automatically ONLY on mobile view. So on PC I can see the filter but on mobile view it does not show.

Is there a shortcode I could use to embed it? Or is there an other solution so it will show using the customer layout on mobile?

Hello

I  did  a test - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20220405092530.mp4  - everything seems to be working correctly

Yes, that is true, is works now. But it works now because the customer layout is NOT active. If I activate the customer layout - see the link I have sent you through the private data - the filter does display on PC but not on mobile view. This happens only if I activate the customer layout. I will activate it now for you to check. I will be happy if you find time to check it today so I can deactivate it untill solving the issue.

Hello

Your link redirects me to the home page (there is no filter on this page at all)

I will try to explain myself better:

  1. I have a custom layout within Avada Theme"Category Earrings" (see link 1 on private data)
  2. Within this custom layout"Category Earrings" I have the custom layout section in the content section"Category Earrings" (see link 2 on private data)
  3. Within the custom layout section"Category Earrings" the shop widget sidebar is active. The Woof filter is assigned to this shop widget sidebar (see link 3 on private data). This is working and I can see the filter. It is active on the live page on PC: https://purajoya.ch/product-category/ohrringe/
  4. BUT on mobile view, I cannot see the filter. It does not show! (only valid where the custom layout is active - category earrings)
  5. Usually I would see the filter mobile menu (filter symbol and text"open filter") on mobile view. But within this custom layout, I see only the empty shop widget sidebar and NO filter mobile menu below. (if you check https://purajoya.ch/product-category/halsketten/ you can see the mobile menu of the filter)
  6. I eliminated the empty shop widget sidebar on mobile view (see 4 on private data)
  7. I can still see the mobile menu filter on mobile view BUT NOT on the mobile view with the custom layout"Category Earrings".

Did you understand my explanation?
Can I add a shortcode to display the filter within the custom layout, or is there another way I can force the filter to show on the custom layout?

This is important because I will create a custom layout for each category. I need the filter to show on custom layouts on mobile view.

paste this shortcode at the top of the content - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof_mobile

Thank you, I will try it and come back if I have further questions.

Hi, I've added the code into a code block but the filter does not display. I see the code instead the filter. What did I do wrong? You can check on it if you click on the link no 2 in private data.

Hello

Please publish this page and test it with a real mobile device

I got help from my Avada Theme specialist. The code you have sent me did not work, so they told me to use this one [woof_mobile]. This works well!

Hello

Great!

so they told me to use this one [woof_mobile] - This is what I wrote to you - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220408093016.png
