shortcode on Header not align vertical

I customized a shortcode (the short code is: [woocs sd=1]) and put it in the header of the web page. This shortcode is not vertically centered, and is offset to the left at the same time.
When I put your default shortcode (the short code is: [woocs style=1 show_flags=1 width='300px' flag_position='right' txt_type='desc']), it displays fine.
How can I make the customized shortcode display properly in the header? I hope to get your help.
