The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. It looks like you have third-party functionality that changes queries, this leads to a conflict with any search

you should find the script that changes the database query and causes this conflict
Disable plugins one by one and do a test, try a different theme
