Hello,

We have several options with the WOOF plugin :

  1. when a user filters products, and want to update his search, he has to clear all filters and do it all over again vs. be able to select additional filters and do another search. Is there an option to allow such behavior ?
  2. when we save our settings, it is not saved as desired. For instance, we would like to check and save"hide empty terms" and"show count" at the same time, but not working. any thought ?
  3. last thing, we would like to deactivate the “ajaxify” mode on the plugin, is it possible ?

Thank you !

Hello

Please  watch  this  video - https://products-filter.com/video#beGT6p_look

Paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130614.png

  1. unfortunately I didn't understand your question. The user can change the search query as he wants without clearing the filter
  2. Check  option - Advanced->Options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220602084458.png
  3. Yes.  Disable"Turbo mode" and  check - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220602084623.png

Thank you Pablo

For question 1, please check here https://tinyurl.com/58wusvxh and try to filter by color. you'll see that when the search is done, if you want to re-filter, colors are not there anymore.
