Hi- I've had this issue several times in the past as well.  I primarily use this plugin to schedule sales several times a month. The last 2 months, when a sale is over (date ended) the sale still shows in the backend and the end date is not removed. See screenshot.  Also, new sales do not register. I have to clear the start date in order for them to show up on the website.  Can we please resolve this as it takes a huge amount of time to do everything twice.

Thank you,

Hello

I have accessed your site directly and tested this thoroughly. I created three test products with scheduled sale dates ending April 18th: two through the standard WooCommerce interface (TESTER 1 AND 2) and one through BEAR (TESTER 3).

All three have their end sale events correctly registered in WooCommerce Scheduled Actions and are set to fire on April 18th.

On April 18th please check all three test products and let us know the result:

If none of the three products have their sale cleared, the issue is with WooCommerce cron processing on your server and is not related to BEAR. In that case you will need to contact your hosting provider to ensure WP-Cron and Action Scheduler are running correctly.

If the first two products are cleared but the third one created with BEAR is not, then we have a BEAR-specific issue and we will investigate immediately.

Also I checked WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions and confirmed that in all three cases the event wc_product_end_scheduled_sale was correctly created and is showing as pending, scheduled to fire on April 18th. This means the scheduling mechanism is working correctly for all three products regardless of how they were created.

Please report back on April 18th with what you find.

Seriously! what the hell is wrong with you??!! You don't add products to a customer's website without asking them first!  Especially since you didn't have the common sense to hide them from the catalog. Our live customers could see your test. Seriously!!!

Hello

When you provided site access for diagnosis, we added three simple test products to compare how WooCommerce and BEAR schedule sale end events. The products were empty, no description and no images, so they should not have appeared meaningfully in the catalog. However, if they were visible to customers we understand that is not ideal, and you are welcome to delete them now.

The diagnostic logic still stands: on April 18th please check all three and report back with the result. That will tell us exactly where the issue lies.

You should NOT have added anything to the site that impacts customers without our permission. EVERY plugin company does that so why didn't you?

Saying they were empty is no excuse. They still make my client's site look unprofessional.  We deserve better support than that.

Our only intention was to help you diagnose the issue as quickly as possible. When you provided site access, we understood that as permission to perform diagnostic work, which is standard practice in plugin support. Performing diagnostic tests is the only reason support teams ever request site access. Without the ability to create test content, there is no way to isolate whether a problem is caused by the plugin or by the server environment.

The three test products were completely empty with no price, no images and no description. Whether that impacted your customers is a matter of perspective, but that was never our intention.

If you feel there was a better way to run this test, we are genuinely open to hearing it. We are not here to argue, we are here to solve your problem. Cooperation from both sides makes that much easier.

We look forward to your report on April 18th.

You are simply repeating yourself and are not listening to your customers. That's patronizing and unprofessional.

It is not my 'perspective' that is impacted my customers, it is a fact.

We hear you. Waiting for your update

All three products are still on sale. I contacted our host and they said 'I have checked our access logs and it appears to me that both WP Cron and the Action Scheduler system appear to be working.'

2 of them were created using woocommerce interface
