Hello!

We've been using the plugin for a while now and all seems to be great, now we started using the plugin"WISDM Customer Specific Pricing" to create specific product pricing for specific customers, and it shows fine on the product page, however on the product loop we created, it shows the regular price + regular price crossed (screenshot)

can you help please?

P.S: using WP Rocket, and we are actually ok to disable the plugin on that page if necessary, tried to option to disable on page, but doesn't seem to work!

P.S: using premium version.

Ok, let's take this in a different direction, how can I stop the plugin from working on a specific page? I tried the disable on pages, and doesn't work, using the"direct use" method, if I use"reverse use" it disables the plugin all over the website, is there something I need to do to make this work?

I just tried it again, your user role is admin so you should be able to access everything.

keep in mind that the link I provided (where I want to disable the plugin) has a redirection for a specific user role to apply a certain discount, long story short, open the link where I want to disable the plugin in incognito, away from where you'll login with the credentials I sent you.

Thanks Pablo, it works fine but once I add to cart, the prices are messed up again!

this happens when the link has the add to cart attributes like /?add-to-cart=18664
