In android mobile, Rupees Currency sign lookings ok but in desktop (chrome, windows 7)  Rupees Currency Sign is unsupported.

Please tell me how to fix it?

Yes, exactly it is working fine, Probably this issue occurs only in old OS like windows 7, As many peoples in India till using windows 7.
Please advise how to resolve it?

Very  strange!  My plugin does not affect the way symbols are displayed.

Try  add new  symbol( for example copy it from wikipedia )  here -  https://c2n.me/43FaVvh.png  and  do test please
