Hello guys,

I recently purchased and installed FOX – WooCommerce Currency Switcher Professional (WOOCS) and I would like to ask if the following setup is possible with your plugin.

My use case

I am running a WooCommerce shop with different customer roles (B2B pricing).

I need to display fixed prices and fixed currencies depending on the user role, without any automatic currency conversion.

Example product:

  • Base price: 1000 €

Required behavior:

  • User Role 1 should see: 1000 €

  • User Role 2 should see: 1000 $ (fixed USD price, no conversion)

  • User Role 3 should see: 900 € (fixed price or 10% discount)

Important notes:

  • I do NOT want exchange rate conversion.

  • Prices should be manually defined per currency/role.

  • Each role should always see only its assigned currency (EUR or USD).

Question

Can FOX/WOOCS be configured to:

  1. Force a specific currency per user role (e.g. Role 1 = EUR, Role 2 = USD)?

  2. Use fixed/manual prices per currency (so 1000 € does not get converted, but stays 1000 $)?

  3. Combine this with role-based pricing rules?

If yes, could you please point me to the correct documentation or settings panel to achieve this?

Hello Stefano

The plugin has only part of functionality you need. Yes it has"Individual prices based on user role" which you can enable in tab advanced settings, you can even test it with free version of the plugin. Yes, you can set different prices for different roles: https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20260220130717.png - BUT you want to set prices without convertation - and this part of functionality is not in the plugin, you can set prices in basic currency only

Ok I fully understand. Can I then forward a refund request? Unfortunately without this feature we will not need the plugin.

You can request refund on Envato and if the plugin not been downloaded 100% refund, if its been downloaded 50/50
