Result template help please

I have a problem when using MDTF plugin
I filter the posts on the category page, the category page has the features to sticky some posts on the TOP.
On that Category page has a custom sidebar on the right (I use an other plugin to replace the default Sidebar, reason: I have many category pages and want each page has a different Sidebar).
The problem is: in MDTF widget, when I choose Output template is Search, the filter is working fine, the result will be OK and the Stick posts will be hidden, but the Custom sidebar in the right will disappear
If I choose the Output template is Archive, the Custom sidebar still there but all the results will be under the Stick posts, the sticky posts will not hidden (I want the sticky posts must hidden in the filter result).

What I want is keep the Custom sidebar and the the filter result will not has the sticky posts display on the TOP
