I tested this on different devices.  On this  page - http://visit-wakefield.co.uk/product-category/images/ - there is no filter

So the"refine products" on the mobile view is driven by the wordpress theme and not your plugin?

Yes, Correct!  - my plugin does not have such a button.  I think this is some kind of feature for the widget
