Hi,

We purchased your plugin on Codecanyon

if we set the option: Customer will pay using selected currency to (Yes), I understand the customer will pay in Japanese yen, but our PayPal account or bank account doesn't have japanese yen JPY currency.
How will we receive the amount? in which currency?

If the payment system does not support the current currency. Most likely this payment system will not be displayed on the checkout page

Sorry can you please clarify more? what do you mean by"Most likely this payment system will not be displayed on the checkout page". Does it mean a Japanese customer cannot purchase on our website?

One more questions please, I cannot find documentation for the plugin on your website and the video tutorial you have, is for the old admin interface, i need to understand the following features:

  • Payments rules (Hide or show payments systems on checkout page depending of the current currency)
  • Payments behavior (Should the payment systems be hidden for selected currencies or vice versa shown!)

Can you please explain more these 2 points? What you mean Payment System, for example here is my current checkout page in JPY: https://nimb.ws/s3DUZA

Just ignore my previous message. Now I understand but I just want to make sure we receive transactions from international customers when the following 2 options are disabled (set to NO):

  • Payments rules
  • Payments behavior

My plugins cannot affect banking transactions. And if your payment system does not support the current currency, we cannot influence this.

paypal supports  JPY(https://c2n.me/4hQUZio.png) - https://developer.paypal.com/docs/reports/reference/paypal-supported-currencies/    - That is, any user can make a payment in JPY through paypal.
