Hi guys,

Thanks in advance for your help. On the last day of the month ever since we installed the plugin,  the reports go broken.

Seems to be related to the multicurrency plugin. Our default currency is mexican peso, but when i check the reports in euro or any other currency the returns amount Is not switched from currency.  Example we had 1350 mexican pesos refunded in may, but when checking in euros it shows 1350 euros refunded (currency not converted). Do you think you could now help with this?

Hello

All reports must be displayed in base currency only

What plugin version number are you using?

Thanks for your answer. Got it about reports need to be shown in base currency. We are using version  2.4.1.9

Besides that, every month on the last day of the month our reports go broke . Numbers on the left do not represent the real revenue and we can see that all daily calculations seem to be in 0. Basically now in may we see all reports correctly but we know that when the month changes, may's report will be spoiled again.

Any ideas on this?

Hello

I don't think our plugin affects this.  The plugin affects reports (only for one order) when the user places an order. Further, the login does not affect reports
