Hi,

I would like to ask a few questions about the rates and order currency functionality.

  1. Does the plugin store any historical data about the currency rates? If yes, where could I see it. If not, could it?
  2. The change order currency option (https://nimb.ws/T8Inqf) - which rate does it use when the currency is changed? The current rate (when the order currency rate is changed) or the rated from the date the order has been created.
    1. For example: I have 2 currencies set up: USD (default) and EUR. On 17.03.23 an order has been created and the customer paid in USD. On the same date, I manualy change the order currency to EUR with the rate (1 USD = 0.93 EUR). A few days later 19.03.23 I need to switch the order currency back to USD which will show the initial price/rate. And then on the same day 19.03.23 I will switch the order currency to EUR again, but the current rate is already changed to (1 USD = 0.89 EUR). The question is which rate will be used for this conversion? The initial rate when the order was created 17.03.23 (1 USD = 0.93 EUR) or the current rate set on 19.03.23 (1 USD = 0.89 EUR)?
  3. Is there a way to set the currency rate manually when I use the change order currency option?
  4. Is there a way to save the current currency rates when the order has been created in the order itself? For example in the custom order fields - https://nimb.ws/ubnmJC

Hello

1)  Unfortunately, the plugin does not have such a feature. But orders are kept rate at the time of purchase

2)  As I wrote earlier, the order stores the rate at the time of purchase, but when you convert the order, this data is overwritten (the rate at the time of conversion)

3)  Unfortunately, the plugin does not have such a feature. You need code customization
