Dear Support-Team,

we have a 3rd party plugin which is syncing quantities from a cash register system to WooCommerce.

Problem is, that if we know the quantity for a product must have changed, we can view it in WooCommerce (edit the product) and the quantity there is correct. After viewing (we do not have to save the product), the quantity in BEAR is correct. If we do look at another product, without opening the product edit screen of WooCommerce, directly in BEAR, the quantity in BEAR is not updated.

What could it be? Does opening the"edit product" page trigger anything (again: without having to hit the save button) which makes BEAR correct its quantity value?

Thank you.

Hello

which makes BEAR correct its quantity value? - The plugin does not have its own values, these are the values of the product. BEAR  takes this data dynamically from your products

What could it be? - do you use caching plugins  OR 3rd party product quantity control plugin

Thank you Pablo,

due to pointing out caching plugins, we found that the caching plugin"Redis Object Cache" is the culprit here. Clearing the cache will yield correct quantity values in BEAR.

Hello

oK!  unfortunately we cannot fix it on our part
