Quote from DoriJ on January 30, 2026, 07:50Hi,
I installed and used this plugin today to update all my product prices.
I sell nursery wall art and most of my prints have variations of different sizes. I just tested the website to make sure it's all ok, and although the variations are still there and I can choose one, I now get an error message "Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart."
For example, if I choose an 8x10" print from the dropdown list, it no longer shows the cost of that size, just the price range : $26.95-$40.95. This is across the board for my products with variations.
I have not made any other changes other than updated the price for each variation.
My website is: https://kangarookidsdesigns.com.au
Could you urgently help me as customers can no longer purchase.
Many thanks,
Dori

Thanks.

I just tried to replicate your scenario, but the variations don't work. This can't happen because if the price is affected, it's a completely different table, it's metadata. I think it's a desynchronization with the database, do please next:
1. Go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools
2. Find "Clear transients" - click "Clear"
3. Find "Regenerate product lookup tables" - click "Regenerate"
4. Find "Regenerate product attributes lookup table" - click "Regenerate"Please check:
1. Do you have any caching plugin active?
Especially with object caching (Redis/Memcached)?
- Please temporarily disable ALL caching plugins
- Clear browser cache
- Test again2. Other plugins recently activated/updated?
Quick diagnostic:
- Go to one affected product → Edit
- Click Variations tab → Expand all
- Are the variations there with correct prices?
- Are they set to "Enabled"?If variations look correct in admin but don't work on frontend, this is 100% a caching or theme/plugin conflict issue, not related to BEAR.
Emergency fix to test:
1. Deactivate all caching plugins
2. Switch to Storefront theme temporarily
3. Test - does it work?If yes → it's your cache/theme
If no → send me admin access (private area of the ticket) and I'll check directlyhttps://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png
