I spent more time on your plugin than all other plugins combined - Unfortunately, this is also not a reason forĀ  theĀ  refund. Envato has clear conditions for receiving the refund. And when you bought this plugin you agreed to these terms.

 

Usually if I buy something I have the right to return the product if I don't like it, this rule does not apply only when you make a deal with a russian scammer. I contacted the bank if it does not help, I will invent something.

if I buy something I have the right to return the product - But this does not work for digital products sold on envato.

I am acting according to the rules. As I wrote above, I will gladly give you the refund if my plugin has errors that cannot be fixed.

And these rules are invented for such cases:

(I'm sure you are not like that) But many scammers buy a product and immediately ask for a refund (they cannot provide an adequate reason)Ā  to get money and a paid product
