Product Price Difference on page and cart

There is a difference in the product price when Currency Switcher is enabled. The difference after decimals is between price on the product page and in cart.
No difference is seen when the plugin is disabled.

In USD there is no difference observed.

It looks like a conflict with a third-party plugin
for example - https://c2n.me/446IMHx.jpg - This is not a standard feature.
