website (test page): https://strakstudios.nl/lounging1/

when you look into the page, you see your filter on top. we tried it with 1 first and then saw that the filters don't work at all. When we click on the filter and then select"hout" you will see a difference page is loaded, some kind of search page and there are a lot of products and categories. But it must only be 1 product, can you please have a look into it and come with a solution.

Hello

The current product display template does not hear search queries.  Please  try  to  do a  test  with  standard  products  template

i dont know how we can build this difference. it is litterly a product page with all products on it. it only dont communicate with the plugin it seems. also the filters beneed your plugin working fine. so what can we do difference.

Hello

This is a third party product template that seems to has its own database query and does not use standard hooks.

There are two solutions: customizing the third-party template code or using a different template

You can try  Advanced->Options- https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220630082100.png -  the filter will simulate archive pages. In this case, the template must change products (as on the category page), but the filter may not work correctly

Where can we find the screenshot you added? because i dont see it anywhere. we where able on a difference site to get the Woocommerce sidebar working correctly but the WOOF filter is also on that site not working, we work with the same thema. So still trying to figure out.

I think we can come further if we can change the search URL from your plugin. because if we use the original url structuur (like the woocommerce sidebar) then everything is working correctly.

Hello

Where can we find the screenshot you added?  - I do not understand you. Can't find this setting?

I already gave you possible solutions - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220704095220.png - If your template(theme) uses its own query to the database, you should add hooks for the arguments of this query

i mean where to find this: https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220630082100.png

because we cant find it in woocommerce or somewhere on our website.
