Product Filter Slider not disappearing when empty.

I have set the option Product Filter -> Options -> Hide Empty Terms. This works for everything except the slider. If I change the slider to Checkbox it then works as designed. I think it is the same issue as reported here: https://pluginus.net/support/topic/slider-filter-type-appearing-when-not-applicable-to-category/
You can see the issue at https://staging2.julianp40.sg-host.com/product-category/accessories/wheel-nuts/. The Wheel Nuts do not have a Width Attribute and so it should not show. This works if the search item is set to Checkbox instead of slider.
