We have enabled the product fixed price rules to set manual prices for products. When we enter a manual price for a product, in our case CAD, the product disappears from the store. Is there a setting I am missing to get this to work?

Hello

What plugin version number are you using?

This may be an incompatibility with a third party plugin.

We are using version 1.4.2.3 of your plugin.

woocommerce version 9.4.2

Wholesale Suite recommended your plugin for currency - we sell in Canada and the USA and our base price is in USD. Canadian buyers should see CAD - based on their IP being in Canada.

We need to used fixed pricing (not conversion rate) for Canadian orders.

Let me know what other info I can provide for you to help resolve this issue.
