Hi!

We disabled the WOOCS - WooCommerce Currency Switcher because it was causing problems on the checkout page. The page was constantly loading. If you refreshed the page, it worked again. But of course our customers didn't know this. So it affected our sales dramatically. That's why we turned it off for now. But we would still like to use it. Is there a workaround possible?

Also, I noticed that I initially installed the Woocommerce Currency Switcher separately, but after I installed it - it fell under the Woocommerce Multilingual plugin. Is this correct?

Hello

The page was constantly loading - It looks like a conflict with a third party plugin.

it fell under the Woocommerce Multilingual plugin. Is this correct? - No! they are different plugins with different authors

what plugin version number are you using?

It's hard to tell which plugin version number I'm using, because it's not in the installed plugin section. It was there before, but it has moved to the Woocommerce Multiingual plugin.

I received this notification, perhaps this is the problem?

"WooCommerce Multilingual has discovered an active plugin for your site.

Caching can cause problems displaying currencies for your customers if you use the multi-currency feature.

To avoid this, set the caching plug-in to not cache pages for visitors who have cookies set in their browsers."

And if this is the problem, with caching plugin do you recommend?

Hello

because it's not in the installed plugin section - This means you are not using my plugin at all!

but it has moved to the Woocommerce Multiingual plugin. - My plugin can't move anywhere

I can't give you advice because you don't use my plugin
