You really should write in support of this third party plugin. I don't think this is a big problem and they will tell you how to fix it. You wrote that it worked before, it means incompatibility in a specific setting.

Its a huge issue for my webshop before i can set it online, that the filtering plugin is not working probably. Also when you filter it is saying "loading" is that not possible to remove?
