I'm using the http://www.finance.yahoo.com aggregator.
Pulling directly from finance.yahoo.com, I get:
USD $16, 055
GBP 13,473
EUR 16,046
Why are we getting such wild discrepancies?
We are located in Canada, and it seems like the only aggregator in the Western world.

Maybe also European aggregators will be more precise for your business, but you should check if rates there fit your needs ...
