Hi there, we have installed Nitropack on our site and are now having issues with pricing on variable products.

The correct process for our variable products is:

  1. Product page loads (no default variation selected) - pricing shows the price range (e.g. £75 -£125)
  2. User selects the desired variation (e.g. the red chair, or the blue chair)
  3. Price for the chosen variation (e.g. £75 for the red chair) is then shown instead of the variable price range

What is ACTUALLY happening is that the price range still shows even after a variation has been selected (i.e. the specific variation price does not display). This is only happening for some users, but not all.

We have switched the Currency storage from Memcached to Transient but the issue continues to occur. Any suggestions?
