Prices not being redrawn

We've noticed  that prices are not being redrawn anymore our websites since a few days now.
Option"I am using cache plugin on my site" is turned ON.

Some customers reported seeing wrong currency and after visiting the site using VPN, I've noticed that the currency is not being switched.
The currency is USD but for european countries we've set it to EUR.

Only change we've made recently is updating all the plugins.

Option"I am using cache plugin on my site" is turned ON. -  You are using a caching plugin so you should activate this option.
