I am not using any caching, pricing, discount plugin. Please guide how I can fix the problem

Hi,
Sudden crashes can typically only happen if you're actively experimenting with the software. If the site's scripts remain untouched and hosting settings stay the same, there shouldn’t be any issues.

Actually, you only renewed support once in 2023. As per Envato’s rules, support is valid for 6 months. You purchased the plugin in 2022 and have been using it since then — thank you for that!
"Move on"

By paying $30 - $40 for a plugin, you are not buying a developer for life. You are buying the opportunity to use a licensed product on one site. And when you buy a license, you receive temporary support so that you can integrate this product into your business. And if you experiment with settings and try different plugins that can lead to failures in the operation of your site, this does not mean that we are obliged to fix it all the time for free (although we do this).
I gave clear instructions what settings you need to change. Please follow these recommendations and do a test. And if this does not help, I will check your site with the new settings.

For exmaple, on checkout page if prices are in USD and if I change country from USA to United Kingdom, then currency should prices should get changed to GBP. Chaging theme does have any impact.
