Prices completely wrong

Hello. I have some problems here.
1 - BRL currency is showing 500% more than it should.
2- All other prices not showing 100% right.
First of all, I will let here my settings in FOX to make it easier to solve the problem: https://imageshack.com/i/pnGeJcb4p (EUR is my main currency).
Problem 1 - I will use a product that costs 15,75 EUR to show the problem. https://imageshack.com/i/pnGbaEFDp
When I change the currency to BRL, the product that was 15,75 EUR turns into 451,87 BRL. https://imageshack.com/i/poZ8u3yjp (It should be 84,36 BRL because 1 EUR = 5.35 BRL, as shown in photo 1.)
This wrong number, 451,87 BRL, is exactly the right price (15,75) * 5,35 * 5,35 = 451. Then, the plugin is obviously multiplying two times for this currency.
Ps: I already tried a lot of things, disabled cache, deleted currency and created it again, entered a different number for the currency rate. And this problem is still there.
Problem 2 - Using the same product from problem 1 to demonstrate the issue (15,75 EUR):
When I change the currency to GBP, it turns into 11.79 GBP. https://imageshack.com/i/poEjxpx5p (It should be 13,62, as 15,75 EUR * 0,8651 = 13,62.)
Please, I need help to resolve these 2 issues. Because of these two problems, I can't trust the plugin to provide accurate currency conversion.
