Price format problem

Hello,
I've detected a bug. When you choose the euro as your primary currency, and the price format is 10.000,00 or 10 000,00 (with a comma), then it's not possible to edit a price with a decimal comma. The comma is removed. For example, if you enter 29,90, after saving it, it becomes 2990.
You have to set the primary currency format to 10,000.00, then edit the price with a point as the decimal separator, then change the price format back to 10.000,00, to make it work.
Can you fix this, please? I have several stores, and this happens everywhere.
