it has all 3 sizes out of stock.

but it is still visible on page number 54 on clothing category page.

Hello

In this  case  if you  set - https://c2n.me/4aEDcSD.png - this product must be hidden without filtering. And if it doesn't work then you have problems with the site (third party plugin or theme)
