I have the paid version and when we put the environment from 7.0 to PHP 7.4.8 (WordPress 5.5.1, ubuntu Linux) then the plugin is loading but when I go to a product within a product category - just the pre-loader page coming and nothing from Firefox 80.0.1 64 bit - but from other browsers: Safari iPhone 11, Chrome Android, Chrome Desktop is the product loading but no floating side flag currency switcher and no blue information 'i' button about the price.
Please help to solve!

I did and I put the link to the private are - now I activated the plugin but users can't buy that's why I can't let be active more then few minutes/hours.
All category and sub-category is dead, just the page pre-loader coming and nothing after. If the browser is working (for example Chrome is okay under Windows 10), then pages are loading, but no currency switch on the product page or the product list.

Sorry, I can't let currency plugin in because nobody can buy from our page. Please try to model the problem. My plugin version is 2.3.0 Thanks!

Install please latest version from codecanyon v.2.3.2 and reset all kinds of cache also and browser one
On your site I see no js errors to prevent functionality, maybe its scripts uncompatibility, try to disable in tab Options 'Prices preloader' and reset all kinds of the cache
If no luck, renew support please, and share please wp-admin TMP access (private area), I will enable the plugin but in index.php for test I will write code to let the plugin works for my IP address only.

I can't install 2.3.2 because no update in WP and I can only download a fresh free version :-(
In 2.3.0 I don't have"Prices preloader" in Options tab.
Cache reset are not helping I did everything before - and this is not on my single site, I tried in a 40-50 ppl circle, that not working.

I installed latest version, I see 500 (Internal Server Error) on category page, to catch it I installed plugin 'Error monitor', please set it settings as descibed on dashboard wp-admin/index.php

Sorry, but I need JetPack. This"plugin" is a main statistic element of central Wordpress. And I need it.
When we changed to PHP 7.4.8 from PHP 7.0 then the plugin goes wrong so maybe this is caused the problem.
