Our last order was in USD on our website: https://silviafindings.com/

The order itself has display issue as it contained all USD pricing instead of our regular base currency which is CAD.

I have deactivated the plugin and now all of my product prices display.

I searched here in the forum but it seems no one else reported this issue.

Much appreciate your urgency to look into this matter.

I'm not sure I understand your problem

Your base currency is CAD.  What did you do to prevent the user from placing an order in another currency?

Our base currency is in indeed CAD. My client reported the issue. I quickly deactivated the plugin and the problem disappeared.

I have since created a staging area. Here's a screenshot of what we see (all USD pricing showing) when the plugin is activated.

Without the base currency, the plugin will not work correctly

The upgrade must have deactivated the basic rate. I upgraded via FTP (both sites).

So I selected CAD as my basic rate, none of the others, and my prices now display correctly.
