There are two operational problems. 1. Export tool: after my first export for test (with 2 products), although I change the products to be exported the result in the csv is always the same (ie, with the 2 initial products). 2. Settings: a field enabled but with the"visible for the shop manager" box NOT checked (for example,"slug") continues to appear in the"Products Editor" panel. Shouldn't it become invisible?

  2. yes for the manager this field should be hidden. For the administrator, all fields should be displayed

Okay, so for the second question it's not an anomaly, using us an admin account. For the first question, however, we have entered the backend access data in private (use the first url). Please  check your  FTP access. Unstable connection.  I can not do anything,file folders do not load.

 

The FTP connection is really unstable but we don't know how to improve it. We always access files from the Plesk file manager, bypassing the FTP transfer. And it's very fast. We can follow your instructions, or give you access to Plesk. Let us know.
