plugin creating issue with one of the product category page

On one of our product category page currency switch is creating issue . While we deactivate the plugin then this error does not show and when we activate the plugin then again this issue is coming.

on Wordpress back end it does not show any update for this plugin. current version is Version 2.1.9.1 for your plugin.
have cleared cache so many times. but it did not help.

I have followded the steps. But i am getting error "Destination folder already exists"
I am not technical person and my web developer has left teh work in between.
Can you please guide me how can i delete the earlier version and upload upadted one.
if we upload the new plugin folder and delete teh older folder then what about teh settings of teh older version ?

To delete a plugin, go to the plugin management page - /wp-admin/plugins.php - deactivate this plugin - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250210113222.png - then on this page you can delete this plugin
Download the archive from envato. Inside this archive you will find the plugin, install it like any other plugin
