The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. I had recently purchased the plugin , I have server on eaeyngine with redis enabled , so i had just changed the storage engine in the plugin to redis to check but after that the plugin crashed , the website goes on under technical issue , Now i am not able to enable the plugin , please reslove he issue
