Personal Rate mixed with Currency Aggregator rate

Hi,
I have 3 countries.
USA, UK and Canada.
USA: is the default country = 1
UK: I want to set up with my own rate. I want to use rate where $1 = GBP1 ...... so rate = 1
Canada: I want to use the currency aggregator. In the"options" setting, I set"Rate auto update" = daily. I get something like 1.2546000
The problem I'm having is the UK price always changes to the currency aggregator rate after a day goes by.
How can I apply my personal rate permanently just for UK and allow the currency aggregator to only update the rates for Canada?

In this case, you need a custom code (change the rate depending on the current country)

To get current country - $this->storage->get_val('woocs_user_country')
