Hello,

I'm using this solution for changing currency based on the delivery country during checkout: https://currency-switcher.com/possible-delivery-country-change-currency

Everything works fine with Stripe but with PayPal when I change country PayPal thinks it's still the currency set during page load.

Example:

Checkout page loaded with default country United States (currency USD), user changed country to Germany (currency EUR) and wants to pay with PayPal. User gets the following error:

Expected currency from order api call to be USD, got EUR. Please ensure you are passing currency=EUR to the sdk url.

I would be very grateful if you could help me.

what version of the plugin are you using?

Try  in  file  -  \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-currency-switcher\index.php - comment/delete  this  code - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20221104093241.png and  do a test

Hello Pablo,

Unfortunately it didn't help. After commenting the mentioned code there is exactly still the same issue.

I use the newest plugin 2.3.9.2 (Pro).

Looks like this paypal"smart button" has data that doesn't redraw when changing currency.

Unfortunately, in this case we cannot influence it.
