Am using the free version,
1.Payment rule: i set payment gateway to be shown for each currency at check out but its not working
2. Geo IP rules for visitors local currency: I set currency for each country but it's not working
3. The Aggregator/ rate update is not working

1) Perhaps the payment system is not compatible with the current currency

3) which aggregator do you use?
Check currency codes - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217#Active_codes
