Paying in local currency, but receiving in default

Hi there,
Is it possible for users to pay in their shown currency, but for the vendor to receive payment only in the default currency?
For example:
Our default currency is Sterling (£).
Our users checkout with their own currency ($).
Payment recevied by us in (£).
At the moment, different currencies are being split out in Paypal. It would be great if we can show them paying in $, but we receive £ automatically.

My plugin cannot affect banking transactions.
If the user’s bank pays in dollars, then your bank will receive this transfer in dollars.
