Hello.

This does not make sense. I suspect that you do not speak English, and used a translator. If you like, I will help you to translate it correctly. You will have to try explain what you are trying to say, and I will assist you.

"This support system is for all types of the plugins as for premium versions, so for free ones! If you have premium version do not forget in the private data of the request (!!not in the text of the support request!!) after its publishing insert purchase code please (see green button on the right side) and press Save button."

Now, to my problem...

I bought this plugin because it seemed to work perfectly on the free version. I had USD and ZAR.... I needed to add EURO, so I upgraded to the paid version. I downloaded the software from Envato, and uploaded it to my wordpress site. I added the additional currency (EURO), and it stopped working.

I keep getting the same error."no data for EURO" .... I have data for ZAR and USD, but not for EURO.

To fix this, I entered the currency in manually, but I want this to happen automatically.

Please assist

Hello

EURO - There is no such currency. Please use  correct currency codes - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217#Active_codes
