The paid plugin isn't installing to wordpress - keeps bringing a critical error. My developer says it's an issue with the plug-in, potentially the php, not wordpress. Thanks

Hi - I read the article and I am trying to install the correct folder. I have also unistalled the free version yesterday before I logged this ticket. I am still getting the critical error code.
