Pagination not working for category.php pages

Dear Pluginus team,
We are using the MDTF plugin for our blog on: https://onlinemarketingagency.nl/blog/ and it is working fine. We've tried to create the same page and features for our category pages, for example:
https://onlinemarketingagency.nl/content-marketing/
But we can't get our pagination to work correctly for our category archives pages... We've already checked other plugin conflicts and removed our custom coding, but the problem remains. Again, on our /blog/ page it is working fine, only for our category pages the pagination (/page/1 /page/2 etc.) are redirecting to a random page.
I've added screenshots of my setup. Could you explain to me how to make the MDTF filter work on a category archive?

Thank you for your response. I've followed your instruction but it only shows that I can"install" the plugin. It's not showing any update like your example.
When I click"Install" it will show an error saying that the directory already exist (wich is correct, because I already have MDTF plugin installed).
Could you let me know if this is a common problem? Maybe I could download the plugin again and upload it to the server? (overwrite all the files)

I've removed the old version and installed the new version (2.3.1) but sadly the problem still remains. It's not possible for us to get the pagination for categories (category.php template) to work.
I've purchased new support ("Support extension until 01 Aug 2023 for MDTF - Wordpress Meta Data & Taxonomies Filter"). Could you let me know how I could fix this problem or could you take a look in the backend? This function is important for the usability of the page.
