(Store location is in UK and base currency is GBP. Store domain is https://spinonthese.com/)
Hello, my client has said, "I continue to get lots of failed transactions with overseas customers who are viewing prices in USD [customers in the US] or euro, then get declined at checkout as their checkout currency doesn't "match" our GBP payment requirements, and their payment is declined at the Braintree Payment gateway".
Should we change the setting the in the Advanced tab of the Currency Switcher of 'Is multiple allowed’ to ‘Yes' ? Would this solve the problem? Or if this is not the solution, can you tell me what the issue might be?
Thanks.
Graham

Hello Graham
if your payment system does not support other currencies, then there should always be GBP currency on the checkout page.
In this case, you need this setting - https://c2n.me/497YKQr.png
