Exchange rates are not working with Open Exchange Rates. When I test my Open Exchange Rates API ID with postman, everything works fine. My plugin is up to date and in the latest version. By the way, everything works fine with Fixer.

Your plan does not allow you to receive rates with this base currency. For more detailed information, please write to the aggregator support

Changing the API `base` currency is available for Developer, Enterprise and Unlimited plan clients. Please upgrade, or contact support@openexchangerates.org with any questions.
