Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work still. The Upsells are not converted correctly, just the currency changes with the same number, e.g. 61 USD to 61 AUD.

The Upsell plugin works like that.
The problem can be seen when looking at Upsell orders with currency other than USD:

It's a post-purchase upsell, it only shows after payment, it is visible with any product purchased, I'm not really sure how to troubleshoot this, as the page with the full content seems only visible after purchasing.
